"ReLive The Memories"

Wayne has been entertaining audiences since he was fourteen when he played drums and sang with his uncle’s country band in Pensacola, Florida where he grew up. By the time sixteen, he had relocated to Ft. Walton and decided he wanted to quit playing drums and become a lead singer by forming a band that would include two of his best friends which eventually led him to move to New Orleans. Since then, Wayne has entertained audiences throughout the Gulf Coast.

Ricky Nelson is credited with being Wayne’s first musical influence when he was a child watching television’s Adventures of Ozzie & Harriett. Before he was twenty, he also credited Tom Jones, Elvis and Johnny Mathis as the largest musical influences in his life. Wayne has had the pleasure to see each of his music “idols” at least twice commenting that “I’ve seen numerous music concerts, but when Elvis took the stage in his “concert years”, there was a magic you could feel come over the arena that was indescribable!”

Wayne’s show is called “ReLive the Memories”. It is named such due to the reactions from his audience. People often pause and smile, it’s easy to see that they are remembering something good. His show is professional from beginning to the end through the quality of his voice and music to the tuxedo he wears. Wayne’s voice has been most often described as “smooth” and “rich”.

The repertoire he utilizes is extensive with over 500 songs which includes standards, ballads, Motown, adult contemporary and country. Artist he covers include Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, Michael Buble’, Rod Stewart, Barry Manilow, Elvis and Roy Orbison, just to name a few. Your show can be customized or Wayne can encourage the audience to make request and tailor’s the show to the genre(s) which are being requested.

With a five year engagement at TeCoRo’s, time at the Brick Oven and at The Old Italian House, he has over seven years of restaurant entertainment alone. Additionally, Wayne has also entertained at the Treasure Chest Casino for three shows for their V.I.P. members on New Years Eve. Over the years he has entertained for corporate events as well as numerous private parties and weddings. Over the last six years Wayne has entertained at Retirement Communities and Assisted Living Communities throughout the Gulf Coast and already has 380 shows booked in 2018.
